Position: Clean Up/Maintenance
Deadline: Open until filled
North River Boats will be accepting applications for the position of Clean Up/Maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform all tasks in a safe manner
- Pick up all trash and cardboard daily and discard appropriately
- Coordinate dumpster and cardboard pick up as needed
- Perform monthly fire extinguisher and eyewash inspections and report any deficiencies
- Empty all trash cans on the shop floor daily
- Sweep all production areas daily
- Keep the outside lot litter free at all times
- Keep all pallets and scrap wood in a neat and orderly pile, discard as necessary
- Mop shop bathrooms and make sure toilets, sinks and mirrors are cleaned daily
- Maintain weeds and grass around the perimeter of the property
- Maintain needed inventory of cleaning supplies
- Wash windows as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned and appropriate to the position
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be to work in a timely fashion
- Must be self motivated and able to work independently
- Must request time off with supervisor in advance
- Must be able to work effectively with co-workers
- Must be trustworthy and honest

Position: Outfitting

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Proper Installation of all outfitting components including, but not limited to; outboard motors, controls, inboard motors, jet drives, deck hardware, fuel tanks, electronics, upholstery and canvas
- Read and understand all aspects of work orders
- Properly operate all equipment to outfit a boat per specific work order
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Maintain a high level of quality
- Must use proper safety equipment for every specific task
- Be accurate and organized
- Work to maintain a productive and positive work environment by proactively communicating with your lead and other leads/supervisors in the rigging department
- Understand basic measurements/Basic math skills
- Perform all other duties as assigned and appropriate to the position
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:
- Must have a good working knowledge of North River manufacturing process
- Must be familiar with the workings of all electric, pneumatic, and hand tools
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of personnel
- Must come to work with a good attitude and be a team player
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at any given time
- Must maintain an above average attendance record
